Chalkhill Blues and More on Magdalen Hill Down
Join Brian Fletcher in a hunt for butterflies at the Magdalen Hill Down Butterfly Conservation reserve, near Winchester. Park and meet in the cemetery car park, on the B3404 Alresford Road, Winchester (Map ref.
SU 511 294). Bring lunch for afterwards, then continue searching or just look at the many wildflowers. Parts of the site may be uneven underfoot, and there are some steep slopes. For further details, please contact Theo Jarman on 01794 514825. Suggested donation £1.50. Sorry, no dogs.
